With more than 38 years of real estate experience, Alicia has become an integral part of the company, tactfully handling a variety of company duties, including project management, negotiations, business analysis, and interactions between clients and merchants. Additionally, Alicia is deeply involved in Axial's legal work, including managing property licenses and government permits.

Javier is responsible for the maintenance of the buildings to keep them in optimal conditions. Our philosophy as a company is to keep our industrial warehouses in the best possible condition and for this, maintenance is key in our operation.

In addition, in the maintenance area, Javier is in charge of planning and designing new projects for construction. With his support, Axial will continue to grow and add excellent quality and high-level properties to our portfolio.

Jesus specializes in Structural Engineering with a Masters degree from the De LaSalle University Bajio and earned an undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Guanajuato.

He carries out all technical aspects related to implementing engineering strategy for construction and land development projects.

As an accounting assistant at a real estate company, Ximena is responsible for supporting the financial department in daily accounting tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable accounting standards.

Bianca utilizes her background in sales, customer service, and construction of industrial buildings to ensure seamless operations and communications with our clientele.
