With more than 38 years of real estate experience, Alicia has become an integral part of the company, tactfully handling a variety of company duties, including project management, negotiations, business analysis, and interactions between clients and merchants. With an incredible memory and meticulous understanding of the company's work, Alicia has a thoughtful answer for almost any company-related question. Additionally, Alicia is deeply involved in Axial's legal work, including managing property licenses and government permits.

Javier is responsible for the maintenance of the buildings to keep them in optimal conditions. Our philosophy as a company is to keep our industrial warehouses in the best possible condition and for this, maintenance is key in our operation.

In addition, in the maintenance area, Javier is in charge of planning and designing new projects for construction. With his support, Axial will continue to grow and add excellent quality and high-level properties to our portfolio.

Ximena plays a pivotal role in our financial operations by contributing to key strategic meetings and providing valuable insights into decision-making. She has developed an important tool for our budgeting process, which has streamlined our financial planning and enhanced overall accuracy. Her work impacts the critical financial decisions we make, ensuring that our business strategies align with our financial goals.

With a strong understanding of both accounting processes and financial analysis, Ximena is dedicated to supporting the team in driving growth, optimizing processes, and ensuring sound financial management.

As one of our newest members on the management team, Maribel brings dynamic, fresh, and creative ideas to the business. This complements our visions of tradition, knowledge, and experience.

She manages the accounting team by working closely with our assistant manager of accounting on the planning of financial strategies to help us achieve our goals.

Working closely with the accounting and finance team, Michelle contributes to the preparation and maintenance of accounting records and supports various internal processes that help ensure the efficient operation of the company’s financial functions.
